The Sprouting Kit I Use to Grow Fresh Greens Indoors Year Round

Growing sprouts at home is one of the simplest things I've added to my routine over the last decade. A jar, some seeds, water, and a few days is all it takes to have fresh, nutrient-dense greens ready to add to meals without relying on fresh veggies from the grocery store. Broccoli sprouts in particular have gotten a lot of attention in the research for their sulforaphane content, and growing them yourself costs a fraction of what you'd pay for them packaged.

The kit I use makes the process straightforward even if you've never grown anything before. Wide mouth jar, mesh sprouting lid, and a simple twice-daily rinse routine. Within about five days you have a full jar of fresh sprouts ready to go. Once you've done it a couple of times it becomes completely automatic. The link below goes to the exact kit I use on Amazon.
